FOOD BANK
At Transformation Haven Caring Hearts Foundation, We believe that access to nutritious food is a fundamental right. During our recent outreach project, we successfully distributed essential food supplies to those in need within our community. Our food bank initiative aims to alleviate hunger and provide support to families facing difficult times.
With the help of our dedicated volunteers and generous donors, we were able to ensure that vulnerable individuals and families received the nourishment they deserve.
